Cancellations

Tours or transfers must be cancelled 24 hours prior to tour or transfer date for a refund. Any tour or transfer cancelled after the 24 hour period will not be refunded.

Refund Policy

Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis. Full refunds will be given on tours cancelled due to inclement weather or if the provider cancels the tour.

Liability

Upon receipt of a voucher or ticket, Majestic Tours Ltd, Howard Johnson Ltd, and Island Travel Services Ltd, will not be responsible for and shall be exempt from any and all liability in respect of any injury loss or damage whatsoever of or to any person or any passenger of their property whether such injury to the person or passenger shall occur on the land or on any ship relating to the tour sold and whether the same shall arise from or be occasioned by the negligence of any of the companies servants or agents who sold the tour in the discharge of their duties, or whether by the negligence of other persons directly or indirectly in the employment or service of any of the companies, or otherwise or by an act of God, dangers of the seas or by accidents or any acts, defaults or negligence of any of the companies agents or servants of any kind under any circumstances whatsoever. By your acceptance of this ticket/voucher, it is deemed that you have notice of this condition and that the same has been drawn to your attention and the above mentioned disclaimer shall apply in the case of any action against any servant or agent of any of the companies. The sale of this ticket/voucher is governed by the laws of The Bahamas and any claim arising out of any carriage on any ship or vehicle for which this ticket was sold shall be exclusively determined by the courts of The Bahamas.

Information Collection & Use

Majestic Tours Ltd and its affiliates are the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes your name, billing address, telephone number, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number.

Ordering

Some of the information collected as you interact with our website will be used to process orders. During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number and expiration date, and provide authorization for us to charge your card. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. This process is protected by an enhanced security system. See the Security section below for more details on security measures and procedures. We do not share your personal and financial information with any third parties, except those specified in the Sharing section of this policy.

Cookies & Local Storage

We do not use cookies to persist any information about you or your browsing preferences. Instead, we utilize the local storage mechanism provided by HTML5-compliant browsers.

We customize certain content based upon your browser type and other information provided by our local storage objects. If your browser does not support local storage, or if you choose to disable it, you can still browse our website but will be unable to utilize the Majestic Itinerary functionality to book tours. The Majestic Itinerary requires local storage to be enabled so that the necessary information to process your order is retained. We will not share any personally identifiable information provided by these local storage objects with any third party. We will, however, link data stored locally to the personally identifiable information you submitted while on our site. This allows us to personalize your browsing experience and discern user preferences to evoke subconscious feelings of familiarity and assurance.

Security

Majestic Tours Ltd takes precautions to protect its customers' information. When you submit sensitive information via our website, your information is protected both online and offline.

When our order form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as your credit card number), that information is encrypted on your own computer using one of the strongest public-key encryption algorithms available - RSA. We use a strong 2048-bit encryption key, with the private component being exclusively available to authenticated users on our local intranet.

Access to all of our users' information is restricted. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Your financial information will be removed from our system upon completion of your order.

Sharing

As we work with other third party companies to provide certain transportation, tours, and excursions, we may need to share information gathered by our website. The third parties we collaborate with for these purposes have limited access to your personal information and may not use it for other purposes.

We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
