Please be advised of the following restrictions & helpful hints:

Vouchers purchased from Majestic Tours or Majestic Holidays must be redeemed at the time of pick-up or check-in to be valid.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the reserved program. Groups may require a longer cancellation period depending on size.

The tour route is entirely at the discretion of the tour guide and is subject to change without notice. No refunds will be given for sites or areas closed off due to general maintenance or private functions or not seen during the course of the tour unless otherwise mentioned by the tour guide.

We suggest that guests staying at any of the hotels on Paradise Island make their own way to the check-in point at the time designated.

Guests staying in hotels either in the Down Town area or on Cable Beach should book the package with the hotel transportation included.

The tour starts at 10.00a.m. at the Discover Atlantis Ticket Center - Water's Edge, Coral Towers, Lower Lobby.

Guests booking the transfers will be picked up from their respective hotels at 9.00a.m. on the day of the tour by a Majestic Tours bus.

They will be brought to the Coral Towers entrance, where they will need to make their way to the Discover Atlantis Ticket Center.

The return transfer from the Atlantis will be at 2.00p.m. sharp from the Atlantis Coral Tower entrance. Again Majestic Tours will be providing this transfer.

Groups of 30 persons or more will need to make special arrangements with the Majestic Tours Representatives or their booking agent to ensure a smooth tour for all participants.

Due to size of the Atlantis facility, which may be overwhelming to some, please see our representative for an Atlantis Map to assist you in finding your way comfortably through the resort and to the appropriate check-in counter.
